Flower Note Cards

I had so much fun making my Hello note cards that I decided to make a floral set too.
I am a huge fan of the Florals Embellished Cricut Cartridge and just had to use some of the floral images.

I love how these turned out.

For the Orange Floral Card I used the Flower image (#M45948) from the Florals Embellished Cricut Cartridge. The image measures 4.32 inches wide by 4.17 inches high. I used foam dimensionals to attach the image to my card. My finished card measures 5.5 x 4.25 inches.

For the pink floral card I used image (#M426F9) from the Florals Embellished Cricut Cartridge. The image measures 4.32 inches wide by 4.23 inches high. The finished card is 5.5 x 4.25 inches

For the blue card I used image (#M4157C) from the Florals Embellished Cricut Cartridge. The image measures 4.32 x 4.14 inches. I used foam dimensionals to attach the image to my card. The finished card is 5.5 x 4.25 inches

Make it in Minutes Monday Hello Cards

Welcome to Make it in Minutes Monday. I thought it would be fun to feature quick and easy cards or projects that take less than 10 minutes to make, but look like you spent more time making them.

I am a huge fan of Levenger products and own two of their CIRCA punches that I use for making books. I also use their daily planners. Recently, I discovered that Levenger also sells note cards. When I saw the new vintage assorted cards, they inspired me to make a similar set of cards using my Cricut Explore.

I love how these turned out.

For the hello Card, I used the Hello image (#MFCHF4) from the Bits and Pieces Cricut Cartridge. The speech bubble is 4.92 x 3.29 inches and cut out of black card stock. The Hello text is 3.75 x 2.06 inches and is cut out of Metallic gold card stock from the DCWV Foiled 6x6 card stack. I purchased the foiled card stack at JoAnn’s. I used foam dimensionals to adhere the image to my card. My finished card measures 5.5 x 4.25 inches.

For the phone card, I used the Rotary Phone image (#M342FB) from the Suburbia Cricut Cartridge. The back layer of the image measures 4.71 x 3.55 and is cut out of Metallic copper card stock from the DCWV Foiled 6x6 card stack. I used foam dimensionals to adhere the image to my card. The finished card is 5.5 x 4.25 inches

For the envelope card I used the Sealed with a Kiss image (#MFCA71) from the Cricut Valentine’s Day Collection. The back layer measures 4.68 x 3.3 inches and is also cut out of Metallic gold card stock from the DCWV Foiled 6x6 card stack. I used foam dimensionals to adhere the image to my card. The finished card is 5.5 x 4.25 inches

Have a marvelous Monday!

Make it in Minutes Monday

Welcome to Make it in Minutes Monday. I thought it would be fun to feature quick and easy cards or projects that take only minutes to make, but look like you spent more time making them.

I recently purchased Anna’s Fantastic Flips Cardmaking Kit with Dies and I love it! It is hard to get a picture of the front of the card because it is a flip card. I paper clipped the top and bottom together so you could get a better view of the front of the card. I am working on a video to show you everything that is included in the kit and I plan to have it finished soon.

This is what the card looks like when it is open. I have not tried the cutting dies, but it is on my to do list. I have several videos planned and hope to find time to finish all of them.

Thanks for stopping by and have a magnificent Monday!

I recently purchased Anna’s Ribbons and Bows cartridge and I love it. Two weeks ago, I posted a photo of the decorative bag and topper that I made using Anna Griffin Ribbons and Bows Cricut Cartridge. This cartridge is so versatile that I just had to make a video to demo some of her three dimensional bows.

Make it in Minutes Monday Butterfly Cards

Welcome to Make it in Minutes Monday. I thought it would be fun to feature quick and easy cards or projects that take only minutes to make, but look like you spent more time making them.

I used the Butterfly (#M3F6B3 ) from the Picturesque Cricut Cartridge to make these quick and easy cards. I sized the image to 6.63 inches and cut one of the first layer and two of the third layer. I scored ¾ inch down from the top of the back layer and then glued the two pieces together above the score lines. You could also weld the images together, but I was in a hurry. For the blue and orange butterfly I also cut layer 2 and attached it to layer one.

I used the Recollections Primary Cardstock Pack from Michaels for my butterfly cards. I love how easy this paper cuts when I use my Cricut Explore machine. Like butter!

I think the yellow butterfly card is my favorite!

Thanks for stopping by and have a magnificent Monday!
