Jingle Java Christmas

I am a bit behind filming this week’s video so I thought I would post an oldie. I hope to have the video for you next week. I am doing a review of Anna Griffin’s new foiling kit plus I want to show you a quick and easy trick to get perfect foiling results every time!

I can’t wait for my morning latte and thought this might be the perfect Christmas card for some of my caffeine addicted friends. The finished card measures 3 ½ x 6 inches and thanks to SVG Cuts was super quick and easy to make

The Cameo cuts perfectly every time, even using metallic embossed paper.

I love the look of the inside.

Have a great week!

Make it in Minutes Monday

Welcome to Make it in Minutes Monday. I thought it would be fun to feature quick and easy cards or projects that take only minutes to make, but look like you spent more time making them.

For this card, I used the A2 Flexi Card Gingerbread House (#158137) that I purchased from the Silhouette on-line store. I did not use the print and cut sentiment included with the file. Instead, I used a celebrate die cut sentiment from My Creative Time. This card has two side flaps that fold and tuck to create a curved front. When you unhook the side flaps the card lays flat and fits in a envelope for mailing.

I used Stickles to add glitter to the snowflakes and a vintage embossing folder to add dimension. It really is an easy card to put together, however the layers do take a bit of patience.

Thanks for stopping by and have a marvelous Monday!

SOS Sunday

Welcome to Simply Organized Sunday…SOS for short. Every Sunday I showcase blogs, websites or posts that provide innovative approaches to organizing and designing your craft space as well as other areas in your home.

This project combines organizing and crafting. The fun part is making your own custom envelopes.

You could also use an envelope template to make quick and easy envelopes. You could even use purchased envelopes.

Martha mounts her envelopes on the wall, but I am going to try mounting them inside my card room cupboards. I think I will line my envelopes too! Click here for the details.

Have a wonderfully organized Sunday!

Quck and Easy Christmas Card

For this card, I used the Christmas Bell Card (#MB350A) from the Anna’s Christmas Kitsch Cricut Cartridge. The image size is 10.44 wide and 6.76 inches high.

I love how my Cricut Explore cuts glitter paper like butter!

I used glitter paper to layer behind my card and used pop dots to add stickers from my Anna Griffin stash. I love how the bell is shaped.

Thanks for stopping by and have a marvelous day!

Make it in Minutes Monday

Welcome to Make it in Minutes Monday. I thought it would be fun to feature quick and easy cards or projects that take only minutes to make, but look like you spent more time making them.

I have a couple of large Christmas presents to wrap and all the tags I have made are too small. I decided to super-size my tags to fit my packages. To make the Happy Holidays Tag and the Pine Cone Tag I used the Woodland Wonderful Tags (#M197AFA) from Rob and Bob.

To make this quick and easy Christmas card I used the Something to Celebrate Card (#MB2A83) from Anna’s Christmas Kitsch Cricut Cartridge.

The card image measures 5.51 x 8.48 inches. I used paper from my stash and was done. This is a really acute and simple Christmas Card!

Thanks for stopping by and have a marvelous day!

I am so excited about this new envelope template from Anna Griffin. I just placed my HSN order and should receive it on December 9th. It was an extended delivery, so I need to patient.

Make it in Minutes Monday

Welcome to Make it in Minutes Monday. I thought it would be fun to feature quick and easy cards or projects that take only minutes to make, but look like you spent more time making them.

For these adorable sticky note holders, I used the Sticky Note Purse (#M90B774) from the To You From Me Cricut Cartridge.

The images measures 4.94 x 9.75. I used paper and bows from my stash, and dies to cut the sentiments. This was a really quick and easy project!

These would make great party favors or gifts. If you changed the paper, these would also make fun Christmas favors too!

Thanks for stopping by and have a marvelous day!

Wednesday Rewind

Hi everyone! Sorry I have not been posting. I developed a secondary viral infection after recovering from the flu. My doctor insisted on bed rest so no crafting. I am feeling better, but my posting may be sporadic for a while. The following card is one of my all-time favorites. It always makes me smile!

If you are looking for a quick and easy Christmas card, be sure to check out Jamie’s A2 Penguin card Silhouette file.

Since I wanted more dimension, I added pop dots to the back of the penguin and to his feet. I also added a chipboard accent and was done.

Hope you are having a wonderful week!
