I saw a smaller stamped version of this card on-line and I decided to make one using my Cricut. Here are the abbreviated instructions.
Base Card is 7 ½ inches by 5 inches. I inked the edges using a light yellow pigment ink and rounded all corners except the upper right corner.
Next I used a 1 and 1/4 inch scallop punch to punch a bite mark out of the right corner. I then punched another bite mark out of white paper for the liner.
Cut one small 3 inch scallop circle from the Scallop Shapes SVG Collection. If you do not have the SCAL program, Storybook Cartridge has a couple of different scallop cuts, as does Mini Monograms and Sentimental.
I inked the edges using a light yellow pigment ink.
The lemon is a free SVG cut from SVG Cuts and is cut at 2 ½ inches. I used glitter paper to cut the base of the lemon. If you do not have the SCAL program, you could use the strawberry from Indie Art or the Paisley Cartridge and make a cute strawberry Popsicle. Just Because Cards has an adorable peach that would also work.
I used dimensionals to attach the lemon to the card and used a celebrate rub-on.
Lastly, I attached a popsicle stick with glue to the back of the card and tied a ribbon on the popsicle stick. The knot of the ribbon is used to hold the card shut.
Have a great week and stay tuned for an interesting new video!
