Making Glitter Paste That Will Not Flake Off

I was tired of having my glitter flake off on my cards and scrapbook pages, so I decided to try making glitter paste. Now my glitter stays put and has a nice shiny finish. In addition, this paste does not curl your paper and is very easy to make.

For complete instructions, scroll down and watch the video. Enjoy and have fun making glitter paste.

Such a great tip. Thanks for sharing. Just a thought, i wonder if it would work with glossy Mod Podge too. I don't see why not. I know I have coated some of my glittered items & especially Diamond Dust with it. I'll have to give it a try.

Great video! I have some glitters (Martha Stewart) that I hate to use because I GET IT EVERYWHERE. I am so glad there are smart people out there like you that think of tips like this. I did a forehead slap! Now I can use my glitters.

I was literally sitting here thinking about using glitter on a project but dreading the mess when this tutorial popped up in my email. Perfect timing and a great idea (as usual, Linda)! Now, I want to go out and buy a bunch of new glitter colors to try. Love your videos!

I have lots of glitter in my stash but I rarely use it because of the mess and flaking and having to "wear" it for a week! Heehee! Glad I did a search and found this helpful video. Now I will try to use it more often. :)
