Adhesives and More

I frequently get asked what type of adhesive to use when making cards, so I thought it would be fun to do a video on my favorite ones. There are so many excellent adhesives on the market, but these are my personal favorites. Thanks for visiting and please enjoy the video.

This video was wonderful, Linda! I love learning about the tools others use. I also use Scotch Quick Dry glue for some of my larger paper bits. I would love to see how you use your glitter with your glossy accents. I've not tried that before - or even heard of that being done.
Thanks for the tips at the end. I LOVE the idea with the glue stick for edges that did not adhere. That happens to me quite often - and I like your method! Thanks for the video Linda!

You are so welcome. My video on how to make glitter paste is on my you tube channel. Hope you like it. It is so easy and let me know if I can help. Here is the link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Gh2Z4AI2YU&feature=channel

I am so going to try the Scotch quick dry glue.

Thanks so much for the link! I just watched it and can't wait to give this a go! You said to wash the brush right away (which makes perfect sense), but what do you suggest washing it with?
As for the Scotch Quick Dry, I love it, but it does dry quickly and adheres very well, so make sure you are certain where you'd like your paper before you stick it down!

Great question...oops! I should have said that I use water to clean my brush. Good luck and let me know if I can help!

great video. i have been playing around with adhesives for a while & have been dissatified with many. how good is the atg tape? i have been waiting for my local craft store to get it in for months to try it out. i have seen other atg's but don't know the differences between them.

Great question. I am hoping to get one for Xmas but do not have one. For those of you that own an ATG gun, I would love your feedback so I can share your comments.
Thanks!

Jenlynnie: Sorry I could not provide a better answer.

I love your videos. You have the perfect voice for them. I've learned so much. I have an ATG714 and love it. Can't do without the ZIG2Way pen and Scotch Quick Dry Adhesive also. The ATG takes some getting used to at first, but when you catch on it's great. I keep a small snail runner tape for smaller areas. Hope this helps.
