How To Make A Paper Bow Using Card Stock (Video)

Today’s video is on how to make paper bows using card stock. A special thanks to Dawn from Dawn’s Stamping Thoughts. I learned this technique from watching her on YouTube. Be sure to check out her blog as she is amazing! I made a couple of modifications to her technique and wanted to share with you!

These Christmas bows were made using double sided card stock. I love this idea and plan to make bows for every occasion!

For the blue bow, I used the Swiss Dot folder and my Cuttlebug. I can’t wait to try more of my folders. The lavender bow is stamped using a background swirl stamp. Too much fun! Please scroll down to watch the video.

Wow!!!! Thank you for sharing this. Now we can coordinate these bows with the cut-outs from Cricut with the same paper!!! I use tons of Cricut cuts on my gift wrappings.

Nadia: What a great idea! We can even match to our Cricut boxes.

TY for posting this video tutorial, Linda. I love coordinating papers, colors, and textures when I make and wrap gifts, and your and Dawn's technique is right up my alley.

Thank you so much for sharing your amazing talent and beautiful pieces of art with us. I am appreciative of and grateful for all of your hard work, and super anxious to see what you'll come up with next!

(BTW, your glitter paint tutorial was a lifesaver for me! Now I can have the glitter I adore without the mess I despise!)

AnneMaflan: You are so welcome and thanks so much for the kind words! I love glitter too, but hate the mess so I use the glitter paste a lot!

Thanks again!
