Saint Patrick’s Day Candy Box

Today, I want to share with you my design project for Creative Critterz Imaginations blog.

I am seriously addicted to Hershey Nuggets and when I saw this cute box video by Chic’ n Scratch, I just knew I had to make some for Saint Pat’s day.

I made a couple of changes to Angie’s design and added stamped images from my stash. First I printed the paper from the Best Friends Imagine cartridge. Instead of ribbon, I cut a strip of paper and lined it for the handle.

I also decorated each nugget with a one inch wide strip of paper. Two nuggets fit perfectly inside each box. Too cute!

Thanks for looking and be sure to visit Monday for a fun celebration! Hint… it involves all of you!!

Recipe:

Imagine Best Friends cartridge
Stamps from my stash
Ink
Hershey Chocolate Nuggets!

Have a great week!

Hey Linda! I LOVE this idea!! I will totally do this in the future! Also, you may be interested to know that an Avery
1" x 2 5/8" address label fits perfectly around those little nuggets. I add pictures and words on the labels with my computer, and then run them through the printer. Since they already have the adhesive on the back, it makes adding them to the candy a breeze. My boys love these for their birthday parties (customized for the theme of course)!

This is so sweet and could be adapted for any occasion! I actually saw some little nuggets in a store not too long ago and bought some - not to eat but to decorate!! (Although I am sure I'll sample one or two!)

Thank you for the inspiration. I made these for the teachers and administrative staff at my boys school and got the sweetest email less than 20 minutes after I dropped them off for school from one of them. I love to be able to make little things like this for them and I would not have even known the idea without you! Thanks a bunch.
