How to Make a Homemade Quick Stick to Attach Small Cricut Layers

I recently viewed a video by Creations with Christina where she used a QuicKutz Quick Stick to attach tiny layers to her card. I could not find one locally so I decided to make my own. Mine is a little different, but it works great when attaching little pieces to your cards or layouts. I wish I would of thought of this sooner! You won’t believe how easy this is to make.

Don’t forget to leave a comment to enter the giveaway. Thanks again for being the best followers ever!

Thanks for sharing and for thinking of this. Another type of tool to use would be a toothpick or a skewer. Now the ways are endless. I didn't mind your oops about the blog address, I already have it as one of my favorites.

great idea with the stylist. I made my own by putting zig two way glue on a pencil eraser works but I like that yours can pick up those really tiny pieces and you can see where they are

Wow, great idea. I searched high and low, then
ordered online to get the one Christina had... I should have seen this first.

Thank you for sharing. I have used Fun Tack and a skewer, but that was bulky. This is so much easier. I will use it for my rhinestones, etc. from now on. You are on my Favorites list.

great tip. You can also try using a small dot of tax. Not sure of the spelling. It's the stuff that looks like clay but leaves no residue on walls or wherever it's placed. I always enjoy your videos. thank you

Your idea is of course way cheaper, but the ultimate pick-up stick for me is the Pulpdent "Pic-N-Stic", which is made for the dental industry, but is also available to individuals. Thanks for sharing this idea, though.

Hello and greetings from Portugal. Because craft materials are scarse here so often I have to either improvise or like you make my own. I've make a quick-stick too with a long toothpick and some tacky putty like Patafix from UHU. It's just like the real thing!
