Martha Stewart Ornament Template

I recently purchased a set of Martha Stewart Ornament templates from HSN. I received four templates; two were for making 6 x 6 inch and 12 x 12 inch ornaments and two were for making lanterns. All four templates sold for $44.95 and they should still be available on HSN.

Yesterday I saw them at Jo-Anns and they were selling each template separately. The small lantern template sold for $17.99 and the small ornament template was $14.99. You should be able to use a coupon and save even more! I so love options!

Last week I filmed a video on how to make fun Halloween lanterns and in today’s video, I demonstrate how to use the small ornament template to make a single ornament and a large Christmas ornament by attaching six individual ornaments. These ornaments are super easy and would be great for or any holiday! In fact, on the video, I also make a Halloween ornament.

In case you missed it, click here for directions on how to make the lanterns.

Happy Wednesday!

Your ornaments are gorgeous, Linda! Thanks for the tip of finding these templates at Joann's. I'm thinking I might need to pick one up!`

Oh, these are gorgeous, Linda! I haven't seen these templates - but what a quick and easy way to make such lovely ornaments!
I have to tell you that I actually watched your video earlier this morning. I was spoiled with my husband bringing me breakfast in bed, which I ate while checking out some blogs on my tablet. Thanks for your part in giving me a wonderful start to the day!

Linda, I just made the lanterns and they are gorgeous! Thanks for the informative videos. Do you prefer using thick or thinner card stock?

Megan, tough question! I like using both thicknesses, but my favorite thing to use is double sided paper.

Hope this helps!

Well aren't these the most gorgeous things you've ever seen. They aren't in my Joann's yet, but I'm going to make sure I keep an eye out for them. Thank you for the demo. I love them.
