Card Making and Paper Crafting Inspirations …. Recharging Your Creativity!

Frequently I am asked where to go for card and crafting ideas and how to recharge my creativity. I thought it would be fun to answer this question in a video. In today’s video I share my favorite things to do when I am looking for crafting motivation! I show several magazines and websites and have included the links below.

Magazine and Book Links:
Paper Crafts Magazine
Scrapbook Etc
Martha Stewart Living Magazine

I love all the Magazines published by Northridge publishing. I subscribe to Cards, Scrapbook Trends, Simply Handmade, Beads and their Create idea books on-line using the all-access pass. The Cricut magazine was extra and is not included in the all-access pass but you can add it and get all of these for $12.95 a month. That’s what I do. If you want to add the new Cricut Idea book series the total on-line price is $15.95. This is the new series that includes Cricut Birthdays, Cricut Cards (and the about to be released) Cricut Holidays. You can also mix and match your selections. If you only want one or two on-line subscriptions, just pick the ones you want. You can check out their on-line subscriptions here. Wow!!

Blog and Websites that I discuss in the video:

Cricut .com
Everyday Cricut
My Creative Time
Fantabulous Cricut

Thanks for visiting and be sure to stop back tomorrow for a new contest and giveaway! You won’t want to miss out on the fun!

I frequent the same blog sites (as well as your blog), that you talked about on your video. All great for inspiration and learning new techniques. I love your fab 5 segment which really is chalk full of inspiration as well. Thank you.

Thanks so much for putting this together, Linda! I enjoyed hearing your input regarding the magazines. I have purchased a few here and there - and love having the magazines in my hands - but feel it's so important to make an effort to go toward a paperless magazine system. Thanks for pointing out that option.

Thanks for showing the mags that give you inspiration when you're in a creative slump - didn't think that ever happens to you ;) cause you ALWAYS have something new to offer. I have been looking into online subscription to some of the magazines you mentioned - you just pushed me over the edge ;). Thanks for mentioning the challenge blogs - I need to get back to entering those just to get inspired.
