Thanks again for all the get well wishes and emails. Thanks to all the wonderful care from my husband, I am getting better! On Tuesday, I developed an allergic reaction to my medicine and had a relapse, but I am now on the mend! Next year, I am so getting a flu shot.

After my mat has lost it's stickiness I wash it with soap and water then I use my wide two way glue pen and go over the whole thing to re-sticky it. I leave it alone overnight and then I can reuse my mat over and over again. I've only used three mats in three years this way.
