Fab Five Friday

Welcome to Fab Five Friday.  For those of you that are new to this blog, every Friday I showcase five blogs, websites or posts that I think you will enjoy.

Just a reminder before we get started  to click here to enter the Martha Stewart Discbound notebook giveaway which ends Monday at midnight.

Christine from Scrapbooking It’s My Life made this adorable card using Doodlebug’s North Pole Christmas papers and stickers.  Adorable and so is her blog!

I am a huge fan of Design Sponge and their unique style. Click here to see a Dorm DIY project involving wax paper candleholders. This is a great and inexpensive idea for college students.

One of my favorite Pinterest boards of all time is Cathy’s Gift Wrapping board that has over 185 pins! If you are looking for innovative ways to gift wrap, this is a must see board!

A special thanks to Maria for sending me this video link.  Tim Holtz produced a video on how to make rosettes and he has a couple of great ideas  on how to make it even easier that I can’t wait to try.  Thanks again Maria for sharing this!

Be sure to check out Tatertots and Jello for some wonderful Christmas ideas. I am going to make the zebra earrings!  You will love Jen’s blog!

Have a fun Fab Five Friday and please stop back on Sunday for Simply Organized Sunday (SOS).

Love the Tim Holtz video. Can't wait to try it. He made it look so easy - now I am going to see. It was a great idea and I love the rosettes.

All great links, Linda! I can vouch for the Tim Holtz technique. It's great if you are making a lot of rosettes. Just get them all ready for that last step and then you can glue a bunch at a time. Works like a charm!!

Love Tatertots and Jello too!
