Fab Five Friday Project Life Style!

Welcome to Fab Five Friday! For those of you that are new to this blog, every Friday I showcase five blogs, websites or posts that I think you will enjoy. Since we are about to welcome in a new year, I thought it would be fun to talk about some new items in the world of Project Life scrapbooking.

Echo Park, one of my all-time favorite paper companies has just come out with a new line called Photo Freedom inspired by Stacy Julian. This system utilizes all the project life concepts and is so easy to use. Their slogan is your photos, your story, your way! Click here to see their new products and to download a free instructional book with lots of fun ideas.

Click here to see a video (it is the second video on the page) of the new Photo Freedom line from Echo Park. This video includes a tutorial by Jennifer Gallacher and Jody Hunt on how to use this system. If you are an experienced, immediate or novice project life scrapbooker, this video has something for you!

I also love the original Project Life system designed by Becky Higgins and I have some exciting news to share. Jessica Sprague is offering a new digital Project Life class starting January 7, 2013 and it is going to be great!

One of my New Year’s Resolutions is to learn how to do digital scrapbooking. I recently completed several on-line Photoshop classes taught by Jessica and they were wonderful! I so recommend her classes. If you take this class according to Jessica you will also receive an exclusive custom background set that you can place in your template, exclusive journaling cards and embellishments, great discounts on printing your pages from their printing partner and your handwriting as a font to add to your pages! Wow!

Now for more inspiration. I did a search on Pinterest for project life cards and came up with tons and I do mean tons of inspiration, including free downloadable cards. Click here to see my search results.

And for even more project life ideas, the Silhouette on-line store has tons of project life cut files by different designers. Click here to see my search. NOTE: you may be required to set your country before you will see the correct page, once you have set your country, close the window and try the link again.  From now until the end of the year, subscriptions to the Silhouette Online Store are 20% off when you use promo code "SILHOUETTE" when signing up for your subscription. Yahoo! Click here to read more about subscriptions.

Hope this post inspires you to check out the many project life products that are available. I have only mentioned a few!

Have a FABULOUS Fab Five Friday and please stop back on Sunday for Simply Organized Sunday (SOS).

Thanks for the links. I'm just completing my first PL year and after over 15 years of scrapping I believe this the best way to scrap. I do mostly digital and have started creating my own journaling cards using both Silhouette and Photoshop. Photoshop is also a great way to add elements directly to your photos before printing.

Linda----are you doing the Project Life plan? If so, would you consider a "helpful hints" post and/or video? I'm beginning to ponder doing it. Hope you and yours had a Merry Christmas----Dawn in Great Falls
