Quick Card Ideas Using Square Punches and Your Scraps!

I hope you are all having a wonderful holiday season. I can’t believe Christmas is less than one week away and I still have shopping to do.

In today’s video we will make two quick and easy cards using scraps of paper and your square punch. I love finding new uses for my punches. I was inspired by Paper Crafting Tips and Technique magazine (it is more like a book) and hope you will be too! In my opinion, it is a must buy!

Have a great day and please stop back for Fab Five Friday. I'm off to finish my shopping!

Excellent! I had never seen that corner chomper before--or at least it hadn't registered--but it will surely be my next craft purchase.

I have so many cricut cartridges over 100, how can I use those images in my new cameo? I have not even taken it out of the box yet. I have the expression and imagine but like the idea of the cameo. Can you or anyone help me?

What a great idea. Love both of the cards but like the second one best. Have square punches so I am off to give your project a try. TFS

Sandy, thanks for the great question! At this point I do not know of a way to use your Cricut images in your Cameo. However, I think it is great to have the option to use both a Cricut and Cameo machine. I love having options!

To Sandy: I'm a Cricut user as well. I did read over on the Cricut site that they are going to start offering single images for sale. I like this idea. I have some Cricut Cartridges that have tons of things to cut that I know I'll NEVER use. I'm hoping to get a Cameo Silhouette someday soon because you can buy just the SVG files you know you'll use.
