Happy Wednesday! I am a little behind after my amazing vacation and I am taking a day off to get organized. Wish me luck. But before we get started with today’s video rewind, be sure to click here to enter my Silhouette Cameo giveaway and to check out Silhouette’s amazing sale! One lucky follower will win the Cameo.
My sister discovered this amazing metal tape when she was making tags for her Steampunk album and I could not wait to share it with you. The tape is used for heating and air conditioning repair and has a beautiful sheen to it. This versatile tape can be purchased at most hardware stores and you get 50 yards of tape for around $7.00.
In the video below, I demonstrate several fun ways to use it. You are going to love this tape. One of my favorite techniques involves embossing it with Anna Griffin embossing folders and using alcohol inks. You can even punch it and paint it with acrylic paints. And lots more!!
Have a wonderful day and please stop back for a Fun Fab Five Friday!

What a great idea. My husband has that tape in his shed and I am on my way to get some. LOL. Love it. It would be great for flowers.
By the way, love your nail polish color. Could you tell me what brand it is from?
Thanks for sharing. An
Wow! The possibilities for this are endless. Thanks for the great video and the wonderful inspiration.
This looks like fun. Have you tried it in the cameo?
I recently saw a demo using aluminun from a soda pop can. Easy to cut, bend, emboss with folders, color, and sometimes the outside coloring on the can can be placed just right to use in a design ie: a white door on a red car. Thin dies run through the cuttlebug cut it easily.
Glenna, I have not tried in my Cameo, but see Mary's comment below.

PS Thanks Mary for the tip!!!
Scrappy Pink....I tossed the bottle and I can't remember. It was what was on sale at the time:)
What a fun idea! I'm amazed at how many neat and new ideas show up on blogs... love yours especially! Of course I'm running to Lowes now to get some foil tape! I love the idea of little flowers on a layout page or card.
Oh my gosh this is a wonderful technique video!
Those tags might just work for something my sister has asked me to make...

I LOVE THIS!!! Your sister did a beautiful job.
I am so excited to give this a try.
I'm new to making little books using chipboard. Can you refer me to tutorials for how to adhere the paper to the chipboard, how to make envelopes and pockets, etc.
