DIY Motivational Cards for Your Personal Planner

Last Wednesday I posted a video on how to make a personal planner and I am currently in the process of filming part two of the series demonstrating how to make the accessories etc. Here is a sneak preview of some of my motivational cards.

Many of the DIY planners and calendars showcased at the recent CHA conference came with motivational cards that you could purchase separately. However, I thought it would be fun to make my own. I used file # 74411 that I purchased from the Silhouette on-line store to make this card. The file also comes with a 5 x 7 card too! The other great thing about this print and cut file is there is an automatic bleed built into the design, so no white will show. And you will get a very accurate print and cut.

The colors are perfect with the planner.

For this card, I used file # 74414 that I also purchased from the Silhouette on-line store. Both files were created by Emily Dryer.

Love the colors on this file too! You can also use any 3 x 4 inch or 4 x6 inch life cards that you already own and just punch them. I did that too, but I liked mine better!

Have a great week!
