Make it in Minutes Monday and Craft Room Update

Welcome to Make it in Minutes Monday. I thought it would be fun to feature quick and easy cards or projects that take less than 10 minutes to make, but look like you spent more time making them.

Bill and I have been hard at work remodeling my craft room, but it is a far larger project than we anticipated! Yikes! The first time we painted the room, the gray turned a lovely shade of lilac. The second paint job is looking much better. Who knew grays could be so hard to work with? And for fun we decided to paint all the trim and doors white which took tons of time and several coats of primer and paint.

Now for the last project I completed before we started the remodel.

I love this quick and easy Sticky Note Holder ( Silhouette on-line file # 73106) designed by Jamie Cripps. I added some flowers from one of my Anna Griffin kits and was done! Now if only I could find my craft supplies.

Thanks for your patience as we work on this project and there will be more photos soon. Wish us luck as we have lots to do!

Hope you'll share some before and after photos of your newly remodeled craft room. Cute sticky note holder. I could use some of those in strategic positions around my house!

What you are doing Linda is a huge undertaking ...I agree...hope to see some before and after pics! And gray paint....I agree...we picked a gray that after painting looked much too blue...it's not easy picking the right gray!

I painted my bathroom beige and it came out candy floss pink! Not sure where I went wrong but had to repaint as well. Good luck with the painting. Love the sticky note holder. Thanks for taking time from your reno to do this!
