Welcome to Make it in Minutes Monday. I thought it would be fun to feature quick and easy cards or projects that take only minutes to make, but look like you spent more time making them.
This topper is from the Cricut Summer Bag Topper files. It was so easy to make and I love the layers. My Cricut Explore cuts paper like butter and I am so pleased how it also makes very intricate cuts and cuts a wide variety of materials. This would make a great party favor for children and adults!
