Make it in Minutes Monday

Welcome to Make it in Minutes Monday. I thought it would be fun to feature quick and easy cards and projects that take only minutes to make, but look like you spent more time making them.

I am a Weight Watchers leader and needed a congratulation card for one of my members. I was inspired by a congratulations card that Jennifer McGuire made recently and used my Silhouette Cameo to create a quick and easy card.

I cut the Ribbon Pinwheel (# 18631) that I purchased from the Silhouette on-line store. I cut an orange circle to add another layer to the design. I used scraps from my stash and dimensional squares.

Next, I cut a rectangle measuring 3.75 x 5.5 and sized the ribbon to fit. The finished card measures 4.25 x 5.5 inches.

Finally, I used the print and cut feature to do the sentiment. I love how it looks like I stamped the sentiment.

You can use a stamp or any font you have. I also made a congrats card using my Cricut Explore and hope to have it photographed and posted soon.

Thanks for stopping by and have a marvelous Monday!
