Make it in Minutes Wednesday

Welcome to Make it in Minutes Wednesday version.  I thought it would be fun to feature quick and easy cards and projects that take only minutes to make, but look like you spent more time making them.

I used my Silhouette Cameo to make this adorable card. I purchased the Coffee Cup Gift Card image (#29511) from the Silhouette on-line store. I used an embossing folder to add texture.

I cut the word Congrats three times using one of my dies, and glued them together before attaching the sentiment to my card. I used the onyx black sparkle pen from Crafters Companion to add bling to the sentiment. The cat is a print and cut image (#21402) that I purchased from the Silhouette on-line store. The paper is from my stash.

Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day.

Make it in Minutes Monday….I Whaley Love You!

Welcome to Make it in Minutes Monday. I thought it would be fun to feature quick and easy cards and projects that take only minutes to make, but look like you spent more time making them. I was inspired by a card from Lisa and I just had to try to make it using my Cricut Maker.

I used my Cricut Maker to design the wave shape using the Water image (#M2FA46) from the Disney Princess Dreams Come True cartridge. I turned the whale image (# M3E015) from the Pack Your Bags cartridge, into a print and cut. I love how the whale turned out! I also used my Cricut Maker to cut the font out of the paper. I backed the font cutout with a piece of black card stock.

I made the background using stream, lettuce, indigo and mermaid alcohol inks on yupo paper. I am seriously addicted to alcohol inks. I added heart shaped and blue sequins and was finished. The finished card is 4.25 x 5.5 inches.

Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day.

Make it in Minutes Monday

Welcome to Make it in Minutes Monday.  I thought it would be fun to feature quick and easy cards and projects that take only minutes to make, but look like you spent more time making them.

This shaker card was so easy to make. I used the traditional method to make this card, but I do not like the added bulk. I prefer the method, I described in this post.

I cut the Lacey Floral Valentine Heart(#72864) using my Silhouette Cameo, from a piece of 4 x 5.25 inch card stock.  My image measured inches 3.756 x 3.570.  I used the eraser tool to remove the outside cutting line.

Thanks for stopping by and have a marvelous Monday!

Thanks Kristina for another amazing video.

I use a lot of spiralized veggies and I can’t wait to try this recipe. Be sure to click here for 30 additional healthy recipes from Martha Stewart.

Be sure to check out Anna’s blog for a detailed tutorial on how to make this gorgeous floral decoupaged card. Beautiful!

If you own a Silhouette machine, this vinyl tutorial is for you. I really hope to do more vinyl projects this year!

I love the sunburst mirrors that you see everywhere, but I love a bargain more. Thanks Healthy, Wealthy and DIYs for this fun post.

As you know, I love crafts made from inexpensive items. Two weeks ago I published a post on how to make a quick and easy valentine garland from dollar store items. And guess what, my friend made one for me! It turned out so cute. Thanks for the great gift!

Thanks for visiting and have a fabulous Fab Five Friday.
