Manito Park

Hello everyone, we had a long weekend so we headed to Spokane, Washington for some shopping and some R and R.  While we were there, Bill made a trip Manito Park to check out the fall colors and try out his new monopod that he bought the day before. The colors were awesome again this year and delightful to see. Here are a few of his best photos from the park.

A charming bridge invites you to explore the far shore.

Its amazing how you can move a short distance and get a completely different view.

This view is the other side of the bridge back in the trees.

The mallards seemed so peaceful.

Beautiful Koi swim back and forth in the pond.

A small shrine and waterfall invite one to pause and reflect.

You might think the best photo colors technique would be to stand out in the sun and shoot in, but sometimes, going back in the trees and shooting out is even better.

A great place to rest after exploring the park. Thanks for taking the time to view Bill's photos.
