Make it in Minutes (Days)

I thought it would be fun to feature quick and easy cards and projects that take only minutes to make, but look like you spent more time making them. This is a new card design from Lori Whitlock and in reality it should only take minutes, but it took me days.

While making this card, my Silhouette Cameo finally died. And to make it even more challenging, I was using a very old version of their software. Then my laptop decided not to work, so I ended up using my husband’s computer. What a week!

Now for the great news…. I love my Cameo 3 and the new software is far superior to the version I was using. And this week, we will start shopping for a new laptop!

I purchased this Extreme Pop Up Card Birthday image ( #297292) from the Silhouette on-line store and I love it. Lori has several versions available, and I want them all. You can also purchase this file from her store and cut it with your Cricut. The inside pop-up is made from print and cut images which make this a quick card to put together. I used paper from my stash and die-cut a sentiment for the front design.
