I am just starting to use vinyl in my projects and I love this idea. Who knew you could put vinyl on a balloon. Be sure to visit Moms Without Answers for a detailed tutorial.

It is way too hot to bake, so I am very grateful for this post on 25 Easy No bake Desserts. Key Lime pie is my second favorite pie. Pecan pie is my first!
