Cricut Wild Card Cartridge

I recently purchased the Cricut Wild Card cartridge and it is amazing! You can make a variety of cards in a very short period of time. I will be teaching a class on October 27th that features this cartridge. This card only took me 10 minutes to make with Design Studio and the Cricut machine.

I just received this stamped card from my niece Mandy and my sister Diane. I think the card is so cute that I had to share!

Paper Bows

I love making paper bows and we will be making these bows as part of our November 2, 2009 class at Ben Franklins. I will post more details next week. Paper bows are so simple to make and you can use them for any occasion.

Each bow takes one half of a 12 x12 inch double sided sheet of paper.

Back in The Saddle Again

Hi, I have been gone for awhile but now I am back! I am reintroducing myself to my Cricut and just bought Design Studio. I love it. Design Studio allows you to do so many things with the Cricut. Below is a gift card holder made from the wild card cartridge using Design Studio. This project will be part of an upcoming class to be held at Ben Franklins.

Now that I have recovered from foot surgery, I am back crafting. I can't believe Christmas is only three months away. Time to get busy. Last year I did Iris folding cards for Christmas. Here is one of my favorities.

Variation on a theme

I am still making Christmas cards but decided to use the same format for a Birthday Card. Looks like it will be Christmas in August before I get my cards done.

Christmas in July

I thought it would be a great time of year to start working on Christmas cards for next year. I made this card last year and I am thinking about modifying it for Christmas 2008. I love the colors and the paper.

Balance

Hi! I am finally back after taking a break from crafting. I love to craft, however, I needed some time to focus on my other interests. So sorry for the lack of posts. Needless to say, I am still working on maintaining a sense of balance.

During my absence, I spent time getting healthy and getting into shape. One of my best discoveries was the Hungry Girl website and cookbook.

Click here to check out a great resource. Now we can have healthy treats while we craft.

Thanks for checking in again and it is great to be back!

Linda
