Hello from the road and Happy Fourth of July! Many thanks to Betsy, Grace and Susan for house sitting and watching our cats Izzy and Jackson while we are on vacation.
We have been working our way from Helena to the Seattle area over the last few days and recently spent some time in Spokane, Washington. While we were there, I managed to visit the local Hobby Lobby and was duly impressed. The store is huge and has an incredible assortment of crafting supplies!
While we were there, we also took time to do some sight-seeing. The view from the deck at Anthony’s restaurant in Spokane is amazing and the steamed mussels are to die for!
We also visited the old Steam Plant in Spokane that is now a beautiful restaurant.
Love the architecture!

Wow! That Hobby Lobby has such a bigger and nicer supply of solid colored cardstock than mine!! Have a safe and fun trip!
I've been to that store, just wish it weren't so far from us (I'm north of you, 8 miles south of Canada)... I'll be there in about 3 weeks! Hurray!
WOWZA WOWZA!!! LOOK at ALL that PRETTY PAPER!!!!GEEZ...my HL has about 1/4 that much!!!MAN!! I need to plan a vacation to Spokane...LOL!!!Thats my kind of sight seeing...Craft Stores that is....ROTFLOL!!!

Thanks so much for sharing all of these great haunts w/us, Linda. When we go to the States (Wash.), we only go as far as Bellingham. I'm going to make a note of these places and hopefully we'll get to go further down the Coast. :-)
