I am so excited about today’s video that I could not wait to share. In this video, I show you how to add faux stitching to any Silhouette or SVG cutting file using the print and cut feature. I also demonstrate how to create white faux stitching, how to flood fill your shapes with color and patterns included with the Silhouette software and how to save paper when using the print and cut function. Speaking of software, click here to win a copy of the Silhouette Studio® Designer Edition software, a $50.00 value.
I forgot to mention in my video that I used Canon Matte photo paper, but you can use any paper that works in your printer. I just love how the Canon paper works with my Canon Pro9000 Mark II printer.
Be sure to check back early on Black Friday! Silhouette is having a major sale! I am sworn to secrecy, but I can tell you if you are thinking about purchasing a Silhouette machine, stop back on Friday to see the best deal ever and to get your discount code.
Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Linda, your faux stitching is so cute! I love this idea! I once tried cutting it, hoping it would get that look of Emma's dies, but it just wasn't the same. I love your idea way better! Great tutorial!!!
