In today’s video, I demo the new Arc Desktop Punch System from Staples. I could not wait to share the quick book I made that can be used as a Smash Book.
You are going to love how easy it is to use the Arc Punch. For those of you that saw my Martha Stewart Video on her Discbound system it is a very similar system except you can buy the punch and discs to make your own albums and smash books. Click here to view that video.
The good news is that the punch only costs $39.99 and is available at Staples. Rollabind invented this system and that is great news for us since all their beautiful discs will work with this punch.
Visit Rollabind.com to see all the sizes and colors of discs. I am so addicted to this system and can’t wait to order the metallic discs.
Thanks for visiting and have a great day!

Awesome! I LOVE this! You make it look so easy & I am drooling over that shiny paper w/ the purple flowers! SO pretty. Thank you Linda, I would chat more but I need to get dressed & run down the hill to Staples for my OWN Rollabinder system! Thanks again!

Chelle, thanks so much for the great comment. You are so going to love this machine!!
Linda
I've started using the arc system a few weeks ago and am LOVING it!!
Can't wait for your next video on how to make the page protectors!
Such a great binding system that allows for so much size customization ...giving users endless options. I'm guessing that inserting the discs is an easy process. Thanks for the video and also looking forward to the next video of customizing page protectors!
Coelle, I just realized that I did not show how to insert the discs into the paper. I will do that in my next video. It is super easy!!
Linda
Love your videos. Now how to get rid of my bind it all. I bought the Martha Stewart notebook after seeing your video on it. I love it. Now I want more and you just showed me how I can without all of the cost. Thank you
I went out and bought the punch this afternoon. Now to clear off my craft table and make a book!!
Love how you made this. May have to try this soon! :)
Hi, thanks fr this video, it looks amazing and I really want to make on myself! I'm just stuggling to find the rings from staples, are the disks and rings the same thing? The disks come in a 12 pack so I am thinking they are? Would love to to make notebooks like this myself.
Thank you
They are the same and you can also order different colors from Rollabind.com. Hope this helps!
Linda Here is the official title:
M by Staples™ Arc System Notebook Rings
LOVE this system. But, Linda, I have a question. Do you have to punch all of the holes, like a BIA, or can you adjust and only punch a few, like the Cinch?
I looked at my Staples today, but they did not have this system in stock. I will keep looking! It looks wonderful!
Joy, I think you could order it on-line from Staples. Thanks for the great question. You do have to punch all the holes, but you can use any size of paper. I love my BIA and Cinch too!! Great to have options:)
Linda
Thanks!
Thank you for showing this system. Love the idea. A trip to Staples tomorrow for me.
I have most of the popular binding systems but never got the BIA, but this is definatly the next "gadget" I buy.
P.S. love that paper
This is a REALLY amazing tutorial, and I'm so excited about this binding system! But, I'm even more excited about how to make your own personal sized sheet protectors. I really hope you still plan on doing that tutorial soon! :)
LOOKING FOR THE TUTORIAL ON MAKING THE PAGE PROTECTORS TO ADD TO THE ARC SYSTEM.
SHARON
Thanks everyone for the nice comments! I will be working on the page protector video very soon and will have it posted here on April 3rd!
You mentioned the disks, what are they used for?
Thanks for sharing Linda!
This seems like a great system that I need to add to my other collection of tools. Since I participate in the Staples Reward Program, I am hoping I can use those rewards towards this system.

Aloha Linda! Love your blog and instructions! You are doing a "great" job. I am new at Cricuit + paper making stuff:) We don't have the Rollabinder here in Hawaii. Wonder if the other stuff they have @ Ben Franklin Crafts will work?
Hope I have a chance to win Martha Stewart's punch!!!! So much to do I can hardly wait!
