As promised, here are more of Bill's photos from our vacation last week.
Hello all, we spent the last day of our vacation at Holland Lake, which is about 20 miles north of the town of Seely Lake, Montana.
The Holland Lake Lodge is in back in the trees. It was built around 1947 and rents guest cabins and has a gourmet restaurant.
You can rent canoes from the lodge as well. The Mission Mountain range frame the west end of the lake.
The lodge has a large grassy area out front and is perfect for a glass of wine in the afternoon. The mountains on the east end of the lake are called the Swan Range.
There is a beautiful waterfall to hike to in the valley between the mountains. The valley is also one of the most popular places to access the Bob Marshall Wilderness on the other side of the mountains.
This was the view 50 ft. from our camp site along the lake.
Thanks for looking at my photos and Linda will be back soon with brand new projects.
