This is one of my five minute cards. I cut the hearts from the Storybook Cartridge and mounted to two layers of card stock. Quick and easy thanks to the Cricut and my tape roller!

Card using SCAL
I so love using my SCAL program. I made this card using a file called Scalloped Shapes I purchased from SVG cuts. The flowers were cut using the Cricut George Cartridge and for the sentiment tag I used Storybook. I stamped the word Celebrate and my easy card was complete. Be sure to check out SVG cuts. You can purchase the program from them and also beautiful files.
New Discovery
During my long break, I discovered a wonderful new software for my Cricut. The software is called Sure Cuts Alot and has been out for about a year. New to me!
I so recommend it as I use my Cricut more often. Now if I would only keep up my posts.
I purchased the scalloped shapes from SVG Cuts and they also sell the SCAL software Click here to check out their site. You will soon be addicted!

Christmas Album with the Cricut
I have been making Christmas candy and have been neglecting my crafting. Too many hobbies and too little time. I just had to use my Cricut do this mini Christmas Album. Hope you all are having a happy holiday season! I will post some candy photos later this week.
PS If you get a chance rent the Julia and Julie DVD. It just came out and it is a wonderful movie.

Candy Boxes with the Cricut
Every year I have a candy making party and we make hand molded and decorated candy for Christmas gifts. This year I decided to use the Cricut to make candy boxes. I made 37 boxes and this is just a sampling. I used the Christmas Cheer Cartridge to cut the windows and then I covered the openings with acetate. Too much fun!

Wild Card Cartridge
I decided to make a Thanksgiving Card using the Wild Card Cartridge from Cricut. Not only can you make cards using this cartridge, it comes with a great font. I used Design Studio for this card and it only took about 15 minutes. Check out the Wild Card Cartridge at Ben Franklins in Helena. It is on sale for $59.00.
